The car was ordered by its first and only owner from Hahn in Stuttgart in November 1965. The original Porsche automobile order from November 8th, 1965 provides detailed information about the optional equipment selected, the delivery time and the final price at the time. The vehicle was ordered in the exterior color “Polo Red” with a black interior in the combination of imitation leather/Pepita. The car received the extremely popular gold steel sliding roof as an optional extra.
There is complete documentation for the vehicle, which documents the mileage and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of completeness. Even the original registration application from the Stuttgart registration office from 1965 is available!
In addition, the customer service booklet stamped by Hahn as well as numerous invoices from the past 5 decades provide information about the kilometers driven and the maintenance carried out.
This example impresses not only with its first-class history but above all with the wonderfully original condition of the interior and body. The abundance of original details is truly impressive. The car still has its original Solex overflow carburettors 40PI, the original air filter housing, the original fuel pumps and the original fan housing that matches the engine type.
The abundance of original components continues in the interior. All parts of the interior such as carpets, seats, dashboard, headliner, side panels, instruments, steering wheel, etc. are the original parts of the vehicle and are in like-new condition.
In the trunk you will find the original spare wheel with the first and unused Phoenix tire as well as the original and complete on-board tools. The originality and key data that this early example boasts would be something special for a 30-year-old vehicle. For a 911 from the first series from 1965, it should be quite unique.
